Introducing the Indigo Sugiaya, crafted with one of the most unique weaves in workwear: herringbone. In Japanese, Sugiaya refers to this distinctive V-shaped pattern, traditionally used for its strength and visual depth.
Woven here as a Japanese herringbone twill, the fabric offers texture you can both see and feel, subtle at first glance, but rich with detail up close.
Structure & Softness
Made from 100% cotton and weighing in at 12oz, the fabric is carefully fabric-rinsed after weaving. This rinse softens the cloth and gently plumps the yarns, bringing the herringbone pattern into sharper relief. Run your hand across the surface and you’ll feel the three-dimensional texture, present but not rigid. With wear, the weave becomes even more expressive, while the fabric maintains a clean drape and comfortable hand.
