Return Policy
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds are issued as store credit (gift card) once we receive and process your return. All items must be new, unwashed, and unworn, with the original tags attached and no customer-caused damage.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges online. Please return your order and place a new order separately.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Naked & Famous Denim is not responsible for lost or damaged returned items.
To make the return process easier, you can purchase a discounted return shipping label directly from us. For international returns, we will also provide the necessary customs documentation.
APO/FPO addresses must ship returns through their local postal service, please contact us for further instructions.
How to Request a Return
- Visit the return request page linked below. Enter your order number and the email associated with your order.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and specify your reason for the return.
- Eligible returns will be approved immediately. You will receive detailed instructions via email—please follow these carefully.
If you are returning an item due to a defect, it will undergo manual review. Please allow up to 2 business days for review. If you do not receive a timely response, contact our customer service.
Refund processing time
Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive your return for inspection and for your store credit (digital gift card) to be issued.
