Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds are provided as store credit (digital gift card).
Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and include original tags and packaging. We cannot accept items that show signs of wear or damage caused by the customer.
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit.
How to request a return
Email us at info@nakedandfamousdenim.com or visit our Return Request page.
Include your order number and the email used for your purchase.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a discounted return shipping label ($15 USD) along with step-by-step instructions.
For international returns, we’ll also provide all necessary customs documentation.
APO/FPO addresses must use their local postal service.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned items.
Processing time: please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return for inspection and store credit issuance.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges online.
If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for store credit and place a new order separately.
Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@nakedandfamousdenim.com with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Customers in the EU may cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with tags and original packaging.
